Human resource professionals in manufacturing and aerospace now have an insider track on finding skilled employees from Washington’s community college programs. In the tool, employers  explore college programs and the number of expected graduates from colleges near them by category.

As an example: If you need workers in composites – check out the composites section to view 19 degree and certificate programs by seven of Washington’s community colleges. There are programs by cluster in:

  1. Assembly
  2. Aviation Maintenance Technology
  3. CNC Machining
  4. Composites
  5. Electronics
  6. Machine Maintenance
  7. Precision Machining
  8. Quality Assurance
  9. Welding
